Spacious, renovated 250 sq.m. maison de maître, just a stone's throw from Vic Fezensac. Specially designed for your holidays, you'll find all the modern comforts. The list of pleasures is almost endless... Max 12 people. The space Bought in 2015, I renovated this house on my own with all my know-how. It has been carefully decorated to make you feel at home wherever you are in the house. Every year, new projects are created to satisfy travellers. The ground floor is very well insulated from the four bedrooms and bathroom upstairs, which can accommodate a maximum of 10/12 people: - A master suite for 4 people with TV and bathroom in 2 separate bedrooms. 2 queen size beds 160cm. -A master bedroom with bathroom and TV for 2 people. 1 queen size bed 160cm. -A dormitory room for 5 people. 2 double beds 140cm + 1 single bed 90cm -A double room with TV and bathroom for 2 people. King size bed 180cm On the ground floor you'll find the living room and dining room in the same space with the stone fireplace. The kitchen with its US fridge including ice maker and central island is fully equipped and will enable you to cook for the whole family with pleasure. A room with a French billiards table is also at your disposal near the living room, which is always very popular at aperitif time... There is also another separate TV lounge with sofas and a large smartTV screen with access to Netflix and Canal+. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. The park around the house allows you to enjoy the breathtaking view of the Gers valleys from the pool. The private swimming pool, reserved for you alone, is secured by an alarm. It measures 12m x 5.5 m (depth 1.5m + diamond pit up to 2.40m). A sheltered "Gazebo"- type summer kitchen (for Canadians fellow;) ) is available with oven, sink, 1 large fridge, sitting area and shaded outdoor dining area. To keep the little ones occupied, we've installed a swing set in the shade with swings and a slide, a safe trampoline and a 45m-long zip line weighing a maximum of 110kg. Adults will be able to enjoy the petanque area Guest access Travellers have exclusive and private access to the entire property. The owner lives on the property in an independent house, not overlooked by the travellers' private areas. She looks after the swimming pool every morning in the early hours to ensure that it is in perfect working order. You won't see her unless you call her!
