This cottage is located in downtown Ohio City, with everything you need on the first floor. Lofted second floor. One off street parking space! Locally owned and operated. The space ***Access to the parking pad*** Please read — This is an historic neighborhood built before cars dating back to the 1860s. Due to the configuration of the cottage, the distance between our house and the neighbor’s house is very tight and the driveway is narrow but, if you drive carefully, it’s not an issue. The driveway is also shared. Guests have gotten a F150 truck through with a couple inches on either side. The parking pad is very large and fits one car easily. Parking for a second vehicle is available on the street behind us which you can reach via a quick walk on the pedestrian walkway to the right of the cottage. The patio is in the back space. The entire backyard is fenced in and has bistro lights. Our street is also one lane wide, and one direction, heading west. It is considered a Court. This type of small one-way street was very common in Ohio City where the homes were densely built. The cottage is one of five in a row in a designated historic neighborhood. We strive for 100% full disclosure. ***Interior*** The interior is 1171 sq. feet. This cottage has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, with both bathrooms and ensuite laundry on the first floor. The queen bedroom is on the first floor at the front of the house. Two twin XL beds are in the loft accessed by a spiral staircase. We can provide a baby gate for the stairs if needed. A state of the art full-sized LG washer and dryer is located on the first floor in the second bathroom. We have fresh new towels, bedding, and mattresses! We give extra attention to all bedding and pillows for cleanliness and are allergen free. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire cottage and backyard.
