The space The apartment, newly renovated and furnished, is on the third floor of a four-story small, well-maintained building in the historic center of Verona. The building has an elevator and there are eight steps to reach it. It is very bright and has a balcony with a beautiful view of the city skyline and the city's hills. The living area consists of a living room with a high-quality double sofa bed with a real 12 cm mattress, comfortable even for long stays, a dining area and an equipped kitchenette. Spacious double bedroom with wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside tables. Large window on the main street. The TV is present both in the living area (40'') and in the bedroom (32'') and in both cases it is a smart TV. The same for heating and air conditioning. The bathroom has a window, complete with toilet, bidet, sink with mirror, spacious shower, washing machine and radiator. Linens are provided by a laundry that works with numerous hotels and B&Bs in the area and are therefore professionally washed, sanitized and ironed and changed for each stay. At the entrance you will also find an additional wardrobe where you can put jackets, coats, bags or other items. Ultra-fast WiFi covers the entire apartment.
