Unit #403, 4th floor **Please note, there is a new building construction next door to Beach Club. While, we cannot offer a timeline, the project did start July 2026. Guest Bedroom 1: Queen, private bath with shower tub combo. Guest Bedroom 2: Twin + Twin Bunk (3 twin beds), private bath with walk-in shower only. NOTE: Beds for 7. Max occupancy is 8.
