In Kvarnstugan, which was built in 1840, you live in a house with its own character right next to the flowing water in the river. The house is on a slope and trees grow around it. The garden is a meadow and behind the house begins the forest. In the vicinity of the house, there are two ponds and 700 meters away is a lake. In the lake you can swim and fish. We have a small boat that you can rent per day, SEK 75. You have neighbors but at a proper distance. The space You enter a hall and to the left is a kitchen with a dining area for 4-6 people. To the right is a larger living room with a dining area for 6 people, a fireplace and armchairs to sit in. Straight ahead is a smaller room that can be used for offices and to the left you will find a bathroom. In the bathroom, there is also a washing machine. Upstairs, there is a large hall with a sofa bed for two people. On each side of the hall there are two bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds. Guest access You can use the whole house and garden. Up on the hill, there is a sunroom that you can also use to eat or sit and watch the sunset. Down in the garden next to the river, there is garden furniture that you can use. Other things to note Feel free to come with the whole family. There are lovely places to play both outside and inside. Please note that a river/stream flows through the garden. Feel free to light a fire in the fireplace. Follow the written instructions. We put there good birch wood that we want you to use when you light a fire. Ash out the next day and put the ashes in the bucket with the lid and put it out on the stairs outside. We have a small rowboat by the lake that you can rent. The boat is 700 meters from Kvarnstugan. You can rent it for SEK 75 per day.
