The Lodge at Grandview Farms is fully furnished with an the expansive property will make you never want to leave. Start your day on top of the mountain with a sunrise that makes you feel like you are in the sky. The only problem that you will have here, is leaving to go home. The space THE LODGE: 5 Bedrooms and 3 Full Bathrooms MASTER: Main Level: King Bed and en suite Bath BDRM 2: Main Level: King Bed BDRM 3: Main Level: Queen Bed BATH: Full Bath in between the rooms BDRM 4: Lower Level: Double Queen Beds BDRM 5: Lower Level: Queen Bed BATH: Full bath with huge walk in shower on Lower Level * All beds have luxury linens, extra blankets, and pillows. All bathrooms have towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided. Fully furnished Kitchen with everything needed to cook your next 5 star dinner. Trash bags and paper towels will be provided to get you started as well as dish pods and laundry pods for daily use. The main living space has a TV with streaming capabilities, and a massive cloud sofa and fireplace. We will provide two bundles of wood per day, for your stay. On the lower level there is also a TV with comfortable sofa for a great family movie night! Game room & Bar is off of the TV room on the lower level with shuffle board, air hockey, ping pong, pool table, fuse ball, and an arcade machine with all of your favorite classics. THE FARM: The most special place about this rental is the farm. Hiking trails for your most advanced to your more leisurely hiker. You can walk to several spots on the property and your main view is Grandfather Mountain. If hiking is not your thing, take a short walk from the Lodge to the pond where there are relaxation and meditation platforms throughout. If you are feeling uber lazy, simply take in the ease and views right from outside of the Lodge or on the outdoor deck. It is completely up to you how you want to spend your time at Grandview. As your host, it is our goal to give you the 5 star treatment that you deserve! Guest access Check in is at 4pm and you will get specific instructions from your host. Newland is a rural setting in the mountains of NC within close proximity to Banner Elk, Sugar & Beech Mountain, Boone, and more. Very convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, kid friendly activities, skiing, wineries , and so much more!
