The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, a double bed with a posturepedic mattress, mirrored wardrobes and nightstands, hairdryer. The two other bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and nightstands with double beds in each room and share the family bathroom upstairs. All bedrooms have quality bedding and pillow sets. The Master bedroom has a sliding door to the balcony where a small table and chairs are located for the evenings or mornings outside listening to the birds singing. Each bedroom has blackout blinds that can be closed off or opened as needed. The lounge has an L-shaped sofa as shown in the Photographs, There is a dining table and chairs that can accommodate six people. A 50-inch widescreen smart TV with full HD is in the living area and Karaoke machine and jenga The lounge and dining areas have LED mood lighting installed as well as spotlights depending on preference. There is fibre WIFI at the property for connection to the smart TV and guests phones, laptops or tablets. There is a Fully fitted kitchen with a range hob, oven and hood. Rice cooker, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker and microwave oven also Provided. The kitchen has quality pots and pans and a complete set of crockery and cutlery to cater to at least 6 people. There is a downstairs bathroom featuring a shower sink and toilet. The upstairs bathrooms have built-in cabinets, quality towels, and toiletries. Outside to the rear of the property is a dirty Kitchen with a two burner hob and washing machine. There is also a BBQ for family gatherings. Guest access You may rent just 2 or all 3 bedrooms dependent on the number of guests and budget. 1) If you choose 2- 4 Guests, the main bedroom will be opened which has the ensuite bathroom and Balcony, and one other bedroom opened, the third bedroom shall be locked. 2) If you choose 5 or 6 guest, all three bedrooms will be open. by reducing the number of bedrooms in use we are able to offer a reduced rental rate per day Other things to note To use the swimming pool there will be a charge per person per day or evening depending on when you desire to swim.
