It is along Highway. We designed our unit in a simple way however, we make sure that all our guest will feel comfortable during their stay. We are nearby to different Tourist spots in San Pablo like Villa Escudero, Bato Springs and Convention Center. It has easy access from the main gate, play ground and swimming pool. Upgraded 4- bedroom unit with living room, 2-bathroom, kitchen, dining and complete kitchenware for small cooking, outdoor space if you want to have some activities, parking for 1 car. Ground floor with 2.5 hp split ac, sofa set with tv set, 8-seater dining table, kitchen and bathroom. 2nd floor with 3-bedroom aircondition room, Family seating hall/ Office area, bathroom and small balcony with coffee table set. With electric pan, extra foldable mattress and blankets. Small backyard with outdoor table set, front yard with coffee table set. Perfect spot if you are traveling for work or holiday! They can access also the subdivision playground that located nearby. If they want to use the pool they need to inform us to get schedule in advance. ADDITIONAL NOTE FOR ROOM ACCESS FOR SMALL GROUP BELOW 6 PAX ; -1 COUPLES WITH 1 CHILD (REQUIRED TO USE 1 BEDROOM) - 3 TO 4 PAX (CAN USE 2 BEDROOMS ) - 5 TO 6 PAX (CAN USE 3 BEDROOMS ) FOR GROUPS MORE THAN 6 PAX (ALL ADULTS) CAN ACCESS ALL BEDROOMS. Other things to note 🐾-Only 1 well- behaved pet is allowed. To ensure the clean environment of all guests, Pets are not allowed to stay in all indoor furnitures. And make sure to keep clean up after your pets. $- Any damage item must be charge to the guest. 🏊‍♂️- POOL ACCESS(upon availability) - Need to book an appointment. - Free slot for 2 hours.(depends on available time) -Limit of 5 pax per slot (incase 10 pax need to split to 2 groups - 1 group of 5 for 1 hour and another group for another 1 hour.
