Each semi contains • Bedrooms:  o Master bedroom – Queen bed  o Second bedroom – Queen bed  o Third bedroom – Bunks (sleeps up to 7 kids across both semis) • Living & dining: Open-plan lounge with TV, Netflix, cosy seating, and dining table for 6. • Kitchen: Retro-style but fully equipped with oven, cooktop, and microwave. • Bathroom: Original bathroom with shower, toilet, and vanity. • Comforts: WiFi, floorboards throughout, split-system aircon in living area. • Suitable for 12 guests (maximum of 8 adults) 🌞 Outdoor living The highlight is the backyard and timber deck, perfect for relaxing, playing, and gathering together. The deck has 2 x outdoor settings, plus access to a BBQ. What makes it special: • Beach shed stocked for fun: beach wagon, sandcastle buckets, beach cricket set, lawn games (Klop, Bocce), and kids’ bikes with helmets. • Pétanque pitch in the backyard – spark some friendly family rivalry and laughter. • Cosy fire pit – gather under the stars, toast marshmallows, and share stories late into the night. • Outdoor hot shower – a guest favourite!
