The space The Basment of O Apartment is centrally located in the heart of Leipzig, within walking distance to downtown or the main train station. On over 120 square meters you will find a fully equipped playroom, a dungeon and a sensual room, where your imagination is not limited. There is also a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen. The rooms are all fully equipped with underfloor heating and there is free Internet everywhere. In addition to a large queen-size bondage box spring bed (including bed linen), the apartment also has ample storage space for your personal belongings, so that you can not only play in the basement, but also spend an unforgettable stay in Leipzig. The bathroom is modern and clean and has fresh towels and toiletries. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. The basement has its own separate and somewhat hidden access not far from the club's own parking lot, so nothing stands in the way of the discreet play session. Guest access We offer a contactless, independent check-in where you are completely independent. You will receive all the necessary information from us on the day of your arrival. Other things to note Towels, bed linen, hair dryer and more are available, so you only need to pack your toothbrush! You can also get a large number of additional toys for a small fee.
