Our apartments are ideal for leisure or business stays. Furnished apartments, equipped with a fully equipped kitchen to prepare a meal at home. Residenza I Portici has 3 apartments with a kitchenette, Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, free heating and air conditioning. All apartments are equipped with bed linen, a set of 3 bath towels for each guest. You will have the opportunity to park your precious bicycles or motorcycles in the garage not far from the Residence. BED SETUP: - For bookings of 2 guests we set up the double bed, it is not possible to have two separate beds. Once you have received the documents, you will receive the access codes and the various useful information for your stay on WhatsApp. Guests are reminded that SMOKING is PROHIBITED inside the apartment. - Guests are reminded that it is FORBIDDEN to bring bicycles/e-bikes/scooters into the apartment and common areas. They can be stored in the garage not far from the property. - Check-in is from 2:00 p.m., and check-out is by 10:00 a.m. - It is mandatory that at least one of the guests has WhatsApp for Self Check-in. - Any damage to the apartment and/or condominium will be charged to your credit card. - Please read all the information carefully before booking.
