This 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, making it perfect for a family or up to two couples, and is conveniently located near Canyon Lodge, putting you just minutes from the slopes, dining, and mountain activities. Winter access: AWD or 4WD is required. During big storms, we strongly recommend 4WD or AWD with chains, as Davison—the road to our place—is steep and we are very close to the mountain. A few other things to note to ensure a safe and comfortable stay: There are stairs to the upper living area and a few steps up to the bedroom level. The unit has a second-story balcony. Guests with toddlers or anyone who prefers to avoid stairs should take caution. No pets are allowed, as required by the HOA. There are no exceptions. Other things to note Summer Vacationers: Please be advised that this townhome does not have air conditioning. However, fans are provided for any unusually hot days. Winter Vacationers (PLEASE READ): + Getting to Mammoth: 4X4 vehicles and or chains may be required to access the Mammoth area when traveling during snow and winter weather conditions. During weather, be prepared the town of Mammoth often checks for chains / AWD. + Getting to the condo: The road to access our building is uphill and can be impacted during winter events. Rarely in heavy storms, can we experience road closures. However, you must be an experienced winter driver and use extreme caution. We require 4x4 vehicles and chains on hand in case you need them. For your safety, 2WD vehicles are not allowed during the winter months. + If you are an experienced skier ask us about the sneaky ski-back trail and easy walk/ski to the lift! + Please keep in mind that this is an upgraded unit within an older building, it is a middle unit, and the walls are thin. We ask guests to be considerate and respect quiet hours. + The 16% tax for the Town of Mammoth is added during checkout. + Internet service/Wifi is not guaranteed and can be slow when the town is full. + Rarely seasonal conditions or repairs, the spa(s) may be closed during your stay. + Strict no-pet policy. Our building does not allow guests to bring dogs.
