"The Shed" - Studio bungalow set in shady garden

Private studio accomodation separate from house. Fully air-conditioned. 5 minute drive to University and 25 minute walk to main street. Quiet neighbourhood on University CBD bus route. Shared yard with Host and friendly beagle. The space There's full kitchen facilities washing machine, and a small bathroom. Its an "L" shaped open plan with plenty of space for bed, kitchen, dining and lounge areas. The large patio looks out onto the garden. Guest access There are 2 entrances. There's a private access gate halfway along the fence under the big gum tree from the side street with parking off street on the nature strip. There is also another gate at the very end of the property where you can park in the driveway in the backyard. The gate is manual and you would have to make sure the 'friendly beagle' stays in the yard. Guests have access to the rear area of the back yard only.
