Rental unit in Providence

This first floor private apartment was recently renovated and has everything you need for a shorter or longer stay. It is in a Victorian home built in 1887 in the Armory historic district. In addition to the bedroom and bath, the apartment has a den, a full kitchen and a small butler's pantry. The bedroom is quiet and away from the street. The apartment has central air with heat and A/C . The neighborhood has lots of character and is located close to many amenities and to downtown. The space The apartment is located in our home, but it has it's own private entrance. The entrance has a self-entry system, so guests have flexibility with arrival and departure times. We recently renovated the apartment. It has brand new kitchen cabinets and appliances. If you like to cook, you should be happy with the five burner gas stove, as well as the dishwasher. For those who prefer the convenience of heating up leftovers, there is a microwave. If you are spending some time and want to take on some cooking, we have several essentials in the apartment, but are happy to lend additonal items if you'd like anything from a mandolin to a bundt pan. We like to cook and most likely have what you need. We offer complimentary coffee and tea. The den has a smart TV and you can access any services you may be subscribed to. We offer access to Netflix. We also have some books and cookbooks on the shelves if you'd prefer to disconnect for a bit. The bedroom has a lot of natural light. It also has a closet with some shelves and hangers. The back window looks out to our yard. We have slowly renovated the house over the last few years and still have some work to do on the yard. It has been a labor of love, and are happy to call this house and the neighborhood home.
