Watercolor's private beach access is included with your amenity bands and access is through the Beach Club. Your family will be close to the beach, pools, Camp Watercolor and all the best things Watercolor has to offer when you vacation with us at Changes In Altitude. Our home is located in the Camp District of Watercolor across the street from Camp Watercolor. Changes In Altitude is the perfect family retreat with its Watercolor coastal vibe and cozy cottage beach feel. The space Welcome to Changes In Altitude! We are very excited to share our beach home with you and hope that you make many happy memories during your stay and return again soon! Our house is located across the street from Camp Watercolor. Wristband access to the Watercolor Beach Club, Camp Watercolor, and the three other Watercolor community pools is included in the rental, for up to 10 guests. This is based on a HOA formula calculated by the number of bedrooms in our house. All guests over the age of five will need a wristband to have access to Watercolor amenities. 4 Adult Bikes 6 Seater Electric Cart - Only licensed drivers will be allowed to drive the street legal cart and all of the rules of the road must be followed just as if it was a car including seatbelts, speed limits and parking. The property manager will go over the cart with you and take pictures at the beginning of your stay and again when you checkout. You will be responsible for any damages that are incurred during your stay. Parking for Two Vehicles Only Electric Vehicle Charger - We have a universal 220V electric vehicle charger. Gourmet kitchen with everything you will need to prepare meals. We have a gas grill located off of the back porch. Outdoor Shower There is a porch swing on the front porch and a seating area great for curling up with a book or cooling off with a cold beverage. The back porch also has seating and a small dining table. FIRST FLOOR: Kitchen, dining, living room, half bath Primary bedroom with newly remodeled en-suite bathroom, walk in shower and soaking tub. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided. Laundry Area with full size washer and dryer. Laundry detergent is provided. SECOND FLOOR: There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs along with a hang out area with couch and TV. Bedroom with one Queen bed and en-suite bathroom. Bunkroom with two twin over twin bunkbeds (sleeps 4) No en-suite bathroom. Bedroom with two Queen beds and private en-suite bathroom. Guest access Our house is a single-family home. Your rental is for the whole house. There are two parking spaces in the back, which is where the door with the keyless entry keypad is located.
