The third bedroom features a single twin bed. Each bedroom is equipped with a dresser and a closet for your convenience. The living room and kitchen are the largest spaces in the home, perfect for gathering and relaxing. The kitchen has been recently remodeled, featuring beautiful granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a full-size refrigerator, and a large kitchen sink, making meal preparation a breeze. The bathroom has also been updated for a fresh, modern feel. Nestled on a quiet, wooded lot, the house offers a peaceful retreat. It is a duplex, so please be mindful of the neighbors’ privacy and space. Each side of the duplex has its own separate entrance and parking area, with a long shared driveway leading up to the property. Guest access Guests can access the property via a long shared driveway. The main entrance is equipped with an electronic lock featuring a keypad. You will receive your unique access code prior to check-in for a smooth and secure entry. Other things to note Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property. Please note that there is a garage on-site which will remain locked and is not accessible to guests. Additionally, there is a swing set on the property that belongs to the neighbor; we kindly ask that you do not use the swing set during your stay.
