There is a full bath on the first floor with a walk in shower. The kitchen opens up to a newly renovated outdoor porch, with a grill, and large retractable awning. The dining room can seat 8-10 guests, boasting more views of the bay. Outside, you will find a large lawn with a pergola and fire pit, perfect for relaxing at night. Off the kitchen and up the stairs there is a separate living space above the garage with a queen bed and desk.
