The residence has a private pool, is walking distance to the beach and is steps from all amenities (restaurants, shops, clubs, bars etc.) The complex consists of 3 adjacent luxury villas (each with indipendent entrances for added privacy). The daily rental rate includes all charges except electricity (which is charged by the Residence based on consumption).
