Please note the boat ramp at the house is strictly not for guest use. Guests are required to use the boat ramp at Lake Murray Dam (free) or Jake's Landing (paid). Any use of the house boat ramp or damage to the lawn will incur additional costs. The owner's boat is stored on one side of the dock and is NOT for use. Please use the other side. The garage is not for use. There is a strict no pets policy at this property. You will receive a 'boarding pass' upon confirmation with guidebooks, property specific details, check in / parking instructions and more! We are very close to the water - expect to see wildlife including bugs, lizards, birds, turtles, raccoons, squirrels, and the occasional deer. Regular pest treatments are done both inside and out but it is very easy for pests to slip into the house if doors or windows are left open. If entering the hot tub or pool after swimming in the lake, guests must rinse off. There is an inverted shower on the pool deck for guests to use.
