Bridgton Lake House

Lake access to beautiful Highland Lake in a quiet neighborhood walking distance to our association beach. Enjoy swimming, fishing, and kayaking in the summer. Golf at Bridgton Highlands C C. Hike or walk local trails! In the winter months enjoy Pleasant Mountain just a few miles away for downhill skiing day and night! Bridgton center has great restaurants, shopping, a movie theatre and a Drive-In! Newry is about 45 min away, North Conway is 30 min away and Portland is about an hour away. The space Two bedroom house with private yard, parking and fire pit. Air conditioning and gas fireplace for extra comfort. Two full bathrooms one with a tub. Wrap around deck for outside seating. This is a two bedroom cape style house. The neighborhood is quiet with an association beach and boat ramp. We do have a mooring if you bring a boat/jet ski. The town of Bridgton has a lot to offer including local shops, restaurants, golf, driving range, apple picking, walking trails and more. White Mountain National Forest is a little over 30 minutes away. Grafton Notch State Park and Sunday River are approx. 40 min away. The city of Portland is about an hour from Bridgton, located on the water and offers an abundance of restaurants, breweries and shops. Guest access Entire house not including the garage (not accessible from the interior). There is an association beach and boat ramp. We have a mooring available upon request.
