There is 2150 sq. ft. of space with water views in every room for you to relax and enjoy. There is a county park at the end of the street where you can access the water, and another park within the community where you can access the water. Wildlife is everywhere, whether it be birds, deer, or the local fox family. There are many opportunities for fishing and shellfish harvesting in the sound and the many surrounding lakes. Or just a great place to hole up and unwind, and if you hit it just right, there is a very nice wildflower show in the yard. Oh yeah, don't forget the lovely, seasonal community swimming pool!
