Tucked in the quite fringes of Lapu-Lapu City, we are located in the neighborhood of beaches & resorts of Marigondon. Not far from the comforts of a city, the condo is only about 45 minutes from Mactan Airport. Welcome to your home away from home! The space The listing is a delightful 22-sqm condo. With an earthy and minimalist ambiance, the condo feels spacious and homey. You'll feel just right at home with the basic amenities of a toilet & bath, a small kitchenette. A breezy balcony is surely a plus, with a full view of the pool and a glimpse of the ocean. Guest access As our guest, you have full access of our condo and all of the provided furnishings. You also enjoy for yourself the amenities of the condo. INTERNET CONNECTIVITY - Listing is connected to 100 Mbps Fiber Internet - Netflix, HBO are available on 50" Smart TV - No cable TV and local channels AMENITIES - Guests are allowed to use the pool for up to 2 pax max. PARKING - A designated free parking area is available for guests/visitors at first come - first serve basis. - Guests who are intending to park their vehicles overnight will have to avail of a temporary parking pass upon entry. - Temporary Parking Pass is Php 100/night for four-wheeled vehicles and Php 50/night for motorcycles. - Vehicles who fail to secure a temporary pass will be charged a penalty of Php500/night for an overnight parking. - Availability of the temporary parking pass is not guaranteed at all times VISITORS - Guests needs to inform the host if intending to receive visitors during the stay so that the host can send prior advice to the condo admin. Other things to note CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS The condo admin requires all guests to provide valid IDs. Please send your IDs to the host upon booking or at least 3 days prior to checkin date. SELF-CHECKIN - Guest can access the listing without needing the host to be there. RECORDING DEVICE - A camera is installed by the front door. The camera has a limited view of the doorway and has no view of the private space inside the condo. .
