Rhythmic murals reflect the soul of each apartment, living and breathing the artistic vibe of Getsemaní. Visitors allowed day and night. The space Casa Pacoa is a completely new 2024 townhouse. The coded entry gate opens up to 3 private and independent, fully-furnished apartments: - Aire: open-plan small duplex (2 floors with spiral staircase) with kitchen, dining and street viewing downstairs; bathroom, sleeping 2 (queen bed) and lounging upstairs. - Tierra (ground floor) and Fuego (upper floor) are 2 identically configured, independent condos featuring an open-plan living, kitchen, dining and lounging area (sleeper couch for 2); bathroom; bedroom for 2 (queen bed). Each private condo offers premium amenities: - Wifi, hot water, smart tv with Netflix, bluetooth soundbar; AC units in living and sleeping areas. - Kitchen with fridge/freezer, gas stove, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, blender, sugar, salt & pepper, olive oil, ground Colombian coffee, milk powder, and green tea bags. - Fast Wifi for work and play, dedicated workspace (mobile desk available upon request). These condos are built around a shared patio with lounge and pool area, and a sundeck rooftop terrace with a 4-seater jacuzzi, covered dining area and extra cooking facilities, laundry room, and sun loungers. Location is in a quiet side street in the heart of the vibrant Getsemaní area, inside the Walled City. Personal driver, speedboat, fridge-stocking, massage services available for your health and comfort. Guest access Private access to Casa Pacoa is directly from the street. Apart from the night guard's room at the back of the roof deck, away from the apartments, all outdoor spaces are accessible exclusively by the guests of the 3 apartments. So each guest can choose to retreat into the comfort of their own privacy inside their condo, or enjoy either of the Casa's 2 secluded outdoors areas, the pool patio downstairs and the Cielo rooftop terrace with its own kitchen/dining, sunloungers and jacuzzi. Other things to note * Concierge Services: To enhance your stay, we can assist in arranging personal drivers, private speedboat rentals, pre-arrival fridge-stocking, and in-house massage services. * 24/7 Staff: a discreet and helpful custodian of your comfort, privacy and safety - your first port-of-call for any assistance on site - please treat them with respect. * Visitor Policy: the booked Guest registers visitor ID directly with our Staff and accompanies their visitor at the door for both arrival and departure. For safety, choose your visitors carefully and take responsability for their behaviour. * Utilities: Cartagena is a historic city undergoing modernisation. While very rare, city-wide power, water, or internet interruptions may occur. These events are beyond our control and are not a basis for compensation, but we are always available to help you navigate any disruptions. * Eco-Friendly Master Key: to conserve energy, the apartment's electrical circuits are activated by a master key upon entry. * Extra cleaning: For stays of 10 days or longer, cleaning is scheduled on the 8th day of your stay and weekly thereafter (or, in case this is Sat/Sunday, the following Monday).
