Den has two single beds in a trundle. 2 bathrooms with one tub/shower combo and one walk in shower. Walk in master closet. Complete kitchen with all utensils. All linens including pool towels and pool noodles. Rates include $250 utility allowance per month. Minimum 30 day lease per HOA rules. One person must be 55 or older. The space Sun City Shadow Hills is a 55+ community located in Indio, Ca. It has two golf courses-one par 54 executive course and one par 72 regular course. Both are good for all levels of golfers. There are two clubhouses, one indoor pool, two outdoor pools, tennis and pickle ball plus lots of courses and groups for residents. The home is wide open and spacious. It can sleep 6 comfortably. It comes with all necessary kitchen items, linens, towels, and pool towels. Central Air Conditioning, wifi, water, electric and trash are included for up to $250 per month. Minimum 30 day lease and one person must be 55 or older on the lease. Must have a copy of the lease to enter Shadow Hills main gate. Copy of lease is required for transponder purchase and ID issuance. Guest access The whole home is available.
