Spacious and comfortable, ceiling fans and central air keep the indoors ambient, while plenty of patio seating, hammocks, a private pool, an alfresco dining area, and BBQ grill rancho create a fun outdoor living space from which to enjoy your vacation home base. The space Spacious and comfortable, Casa Selva Niu offers 3 big bedrooms and 3 baths, as well as 2 sofa beds in the living room, thus giving space for up to 8 guests. You’ll enjoy preparing meals in the well equipped kitchen, and the wine cave makes it easy to keep your wine at the perfect temperature for serving. The open concept kitchen, living and dining areas allow the whole gang to enjoy each other’s company while the “group chef” prepares cocktails or creates culinary delights. Outdoors, guests will find plenty of patio seating, hammocks, an alfresco dining area, private pool and a barbecue grill, all surrounded by pristine Costa Rican jungle and the sounds of nature. There are a total of 11 houses in this private little community and they are well-spaced, giving you plenty of privacy. Guest access Our guests have private access to the entire house and property. While available in case of emergency, we are not located on the property. Other things to note Jungle views and a private pool make the neighborhood enjoyable, and the beaches are just minutes away. Perfect for families or groups of friends, there is plenty to do in the area; from sport fishing to ATV tours, surfing, horseback riding, and a rich local nightlife, there is never a dull moment, and Casa Selva Niu is the perfect home base.
