This stylish, centrally located, self-catering apartment can accommodate up to 5 guests. The apartment is a part of a complex in a beautiful, plain-trees-lined cul-de-sac, with an entrance gate and an overnight (7pm to 7am) security guard. There is one parking place inside and unlimited parking on the street. You'll find all attractions, such as museums, art galleries, restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, etc. within a short walking distance. The space The apartment occupies the first and the second floors of a three-story building. The modern, recently renovated, open-plan kitchen / lounge is on the bottom floor; two bedrooms and a bathroom are on the top floor. One bedroom has a queen extra length bed and a big built-in cupboard. Another bedroom has a single bed and a well-lit working space with lots of power plugs. There are also two sleeping couches in the lounge, which are very strong and comfortable both for sitting and sleeping. They convert into queen size extra length beds. All the beds are rated to 150 kg per person. There is a balcony with a nice mountain view. Both bedrooms are equipped with aircons (one wall-mounted and one portable), and battery-backed lamps. The stylish bathroom has a heated floor and two heated towel rails. All the windows have mosquito nets. There are all usual household appliances (an oven, a fridge/freezer, a hob, a kettle, a washing machine, a toaster, a microwave, a hair-drier, an iron), as well as a full set of pots, cutlery and crockery. Some supply of tea, coffee, milk, oil, vinegar and spices is provided. There is a water filter in the kitchen. A 100 Mbps internet is suitable for both leisure and work. It is protected by a mini-UPS and works during power interruptions. Many electric plugs of various types (including USB) are available. The place is equally suitable for singles, couples, friends or small families. Guest access The entire apartment is available; the guests will be provided with a key and a gate remote. Other things to note Since this is an apartment block, guests can expect a certain level of noise from other residents. However, the aircons allow you to close all windows and doors to reduce the noise level to insignificant. Please note that parking bays are a bit narrow in this apartment block. Guests with wide cars may experience difficulties parking there. The body corporate is very strict about smoking, which is not allowed in the flats, on the balconies or in the courtyard. The only allowed place inside the complex is the braai area.
