The automatic awning provides shade on sunny days there is access from here to the pool area with it’s terrace and stunning surrounding gardens. On the first floor, three bedrooms with double beds, built-in wardrobes, and en-suite bathrooms with comfort and style. The “Orange” room features a large picture window and a hydro-massage shower. The “Pink” and “Green” room both have fitted bathrooms. The “Green” room also has access to it’s own private terrace! The “Turquoise” room features a 25m2 private terrace with spectacular sea views and an en-suite bathroom with a hydro-massage bath. The Master Suite, the “Gold” room, features a private lounge, bedroom in golden shades, a neat terrace, and a spacious bathroom with a jacuzzi. The pool features an ornamental water cascade and jacuzzi, and is surrounded by a spacious terrace with luxurious sunbeds, parasols, a large BBQ, and outdoor dining furniture. The villa has a beautiful garden with a lush lawn, flowering shrubs, beautiful olives, and indigenous Menorcan trees. Access to the house is gained via a dozen steps from the road, and convenient parking spaces are available outside the residence.
