There is one shared kitchen available for all residents, encouraging both independence and community connection. As this is a CoLiving community, we kindly ask that guests clean up after themselves, as maintaining a tidy space is a shared effort. There is no laundry on site, but multiple laundromats are within walking distance. For everyone's comfort, quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM daily. For security, all external guests must check in with the building manager. Smoking is strictly prohibited in and around the property, and guests are responsible for receiving their own packages.
