The space Our spacious main living room is adorned with authentic 90s decor with shaped sectional to provide plenty of seating for you and your family/friends! Gather your group around the TV to watch the big game! Plus, The windows allow natural light to flood the space, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The picture perfect full size kitchen has beautiful cabinets for that ultimate 90's vibes! Perfect for any at-home chefs that like to cook with style. Complete with a microwave, full size refrigerator and coffee maker! Each bedroom is a unique time capsule, featuring iconic 90s elements like cassette, retro wall art, neon signs, and vintage posters/frames. Comfortable queen size beds with bright, patterned bedding provide a cozy and stylish retreat after a day of exploration and adventure. NOTE: All bed sizes are Queen and Two bathrooms in total. Perfect for Every Occasion! Dive into our heated pool as you're surrounded by a visual feast of 90's-inspired paint, and fire pit create an idyllic setting for a variety of occasions. Guest access You will have complete private access to the house and backyard. Garage is closed but you can park outside in front of the house. Also, the only areas of the house that are off-limits are the supply closets. Other things to note NOTE: No events/parties. Unauthorized parties are not allowed. Any noise complaints from neighbors or police visits will result in a $250 fine for each occurrence. Please follow the rules to make your stay as enjoyable and as stress-free as possible.
