The space The floor plan is perfectly laid out for a relaxing getaway! The main level consists of the kitchen, a dining area, wet bar, living room with large TV, separate sitting area with another TV, and a spacious laundry room with full washer and dryer and sink. The 2nd level of the cottage includes three bedrooms. At the top of the stairs in the foyer, to the left you will find the Single Queen bedroom with a TV and private bathroom. Back in the foyer if you continue right, you will find yourself in the Double Queen bedroom with a TV and private bathroom. Just to the right at the top of the staircase takes you to the Master bedroom situated with a King bed, TV, beautiful lake views. The master does have a walk in closest with built in drawers, a separated toilet, and jetted tub. Multiple docks available for your boat on property with free ramp and trailer storage available, just a few steps from the backdoor of cottage. Guest access When visiting the Urban Retreat - you will have access to the entire house! Other things to note The Big Green Egg grill is available for all guests! There is also a very well built swing in the backyard. Grab your favorite book and glass of wine and enjoy the views and the sounds of the lake as your backdrop! For the boat lovers, we have four boat docks available very close to the cottage. The marina inside the gated neighborhood offers free ramp launch and trailer storage. Launch your boat, park your trailer, tie up to one of four available docks, and be back at the cottage in 10-15 minutes tops!
