Nestled in the heart of nature's serenity, Golfers Pass promises a memorable escape where you can unwind, recharge, and create cherished memories with your loved ones. Whether you're a passionate golfer, a water enthusiast eager to explore the wonders of the lake, or an avid skier, our location offers a perfect blend of activities to suit your preferences. The space Our spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home is the perfect escape for groups looking to relax after a day on the lake, slopes, or trails. Whether you're seeking adventure or a peaceful getaway, you'll find comfort and convenience in every corner of our home. ✨ Spacious Living Area: Unwind in our warm and welcoming living room, complete with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and a cozy gas fireplace—perfect for après-ski evenings or lazy mornings with coffee. 🍽️ Fully Equipped Kitchen: Cook up your favorite meals in our modern kitchen, stocked with stainless steel appliances, cookware, and utensils—everything you need for a home-cooked feast. 🛏️ Comfortable Bedrooms: Rest easy in our well-appointed bedrooms, featuring plush bedding, ample storage, and serene surroundings for a restful night’s sleep. 🌲 Outdoor Oasis: Breathe in the fresh mountain air on the private deck/patio, where you can grill up a meal on the BBQ and relax in the peaceful setting. Guest access Guests will have full access to the home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, living spaces, and outdoor areas. The garage and driveway are available for parking. Please note that certain cabinets and storage areas throughout the home are locked and designated for owner use. These should not be tampered with or accessed. Attempting to force them open may result in damage fees. Other things to note Please note that the private beaches in Incline Village, as well as the community center and pool, are exclusively available to homeowners and full-time residents. The owners do not provide their personal IVGID picture IDs to Airbnb guests. However, there are excellent nearby public beaches, including Sand Harbor State Park and Kings Beach. Winter Advisory: During winter months, snow removal is weather-dependent. We will do our best to arrange one snow plow service for the driveway and front entrance stairs before your arrival. Please note that the backyard and deck are not plowed, but we provide shovels for your convenience. Any additional snow plow requests during your stay will be at the renter’s expense.
