The master bedroom has an ensuite shower room with a bath and a shower over plus there is a second shower room with a walk-in shower. Both the master bedroom and the open plan living/dining room enjoy the breathtaking sea views and these can also be enjoyed from the small furnished deck area to the front of the apartment, the perfect spot to feel the sea breeze rejuvenate your spirits whilst you watch the comings and goings on the river below. The dining table sits in the large bay window so that the views can be enjoyed throughout shared mealtimes and the lounge has comfortable sofas and a large Smart TV for cosy evenings in. To the rear of the property is the small but well-equipped kitchen complete with electric oven and gas hob, fridge freezer, slim line dishwasher plus everything you would expect in a well-equipped self-catering kitchen. As you can see from the photographs The Arches is in an elevated position in West Looe, therefore the walk into the town although not far, does involve some hills and steps. There is free on-road parking along the road at Hannafore and it is possible to pull up close to the front of the apartment to unload. There is a slope of around 20 paces from the road and then approximately 10 stone steps leading to the front of the apartment. Outside, a small furnished deck overlooks the river mouth, beach and Looe bay. There is free on road parking within a 2 - 5 minute walk and it is possible to pull up at the bottom of the entrance slope to unload. Arches No 1 can be booked with Arches No 1A and Arches No 3 which can accommodate 6 and 4 guests respectively, meaning parties of up to 14 guests can enjoy holidaying close by whilst retaining their own space and facilities. Guest access As shown in the photographs, The Arches is in an elevated position in West Looe. While the town is not far away, walking there does involve hills and steps, which may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. No smoking and no pets. Accessibility Statement: Access to Arches 1 involves steps and sloped pathways. From the roadside/front entrance: - A sloped pathway (approximately 32 paces) leads to the entrance gate. - There is one step up to the gate. - Beyond the gate, there are four steps, followed by five more steps leading to the porch.
