Time out on the beautiful Baltic Sea

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The attic apartment is located in a two-story residential building and is about 37 m². The apartment impresses with the open plan living/dining area with its unique wooden construction, the daylight bathroom and the fully equipped kitchen. Furthermore, the apartment has a bedroom with a bed 140 x 200. In addition, we also offer an extra bed 90 x 190, so that a maximum of 3 people can be accommodated. The space The vacation rental is located in the attic of our two-story residential building and was completely newly expanded in 2022/23. The cladding of the sloping ceilings consists of polished natural OSB boards, which give a nice and warm indoor climate. In the bedroom there is a wardrobe, a cube with four storage compartments on which a TV is placed, two nightstands and a bed. The living/dining area includes a couch and an armchair to relax, a cabinet with dishes, a TV and a table with three chairs. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, fridge, dishwasher, small freezer, a two-induction cooktop, toaster, Senseo pad coffee maker and various other kitchen aids. The daylight bathroom offers a shower, toilet, sink, shelf with hand/bath towels and a cube with four storage compartments. For our youngest guests, there is a high chair, baby bath and changing mat at your disposal. Various board/dice/card games are provided. Guest access The apartment as a whole, the completely fenced area, courtyard and garden with gazebo and the barbecue area, where smoking is also allowed. Other things to note The apartment is only accessible by stairs. On the fenced and lockable grounds, a parking space for your car/ motorhome or motorcycle is available free of charge, a possibility to park your bicycles is also available. The price of the vacation rental is calculated for one person; upon request, a maximum of two additional people can be accommodated for a fee; an extra bed is available. Washer and dryer can be used for a fee, a clothes rack is available. We own a Golden Retriever / Golden Doodle mix named Ella, who lives on the ground floor of our apartment; we also have three outdoor cats living on our property!
