We rent it all year round, even out of season: - Winter season (open ski area, entertainment, etc.): from December 20, 2025 to March 22, 2026 inclusive. - Summer season (supervised swimming at the lake, entertainment, horseback riding, etc.): July - August - Off-season (tranquility, hiking, cycling, sledding, snowshoeing...) It offers a comfortable space for 4 to 6 people, including: - A bedroom with a double bed (160 x 190) - A mountain corner with two bunk beds (80 x 190) - A pull-out sofa bed in the living room, convertible into two single beds (80 x 190). - The main room, living room/equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster...), will seduce you with its functionality and comfort, with a south-facing balcony offering a magnificent view of the Aiguilles d'Arves. To make your stay more enjoyable, we provide amenities and entertainment, such as children's sleds, board games and a selection of books. You will find an Espresso machine, raclette/crêpe maker, fondue set and stone grill. For little ones, a baby bed with mattress, high chair and adapted sled are also available (please let us know to make them available). The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and towel dryer, and separate toilets are also available. Outdoor parking is 50 meters from the chalet. There are 50 steps to access the apartment.
