This house is fully equipped with: *BBQ & utensils *Stove, oven, crockery & utensils *Quarter of an acre section for games and relaxing *Front & rear covered decks with ample seating *TV for movies (not a smart tv) *Linen The space Relaxing space with everything you need to enjoy yourself at the beach. With front and rear patio, you can enjoy the sun all day long or avoid if you need to. If you're coming in the winter months, the home is equipped with extra blankets and heaters. Bath tub for washing the little ones and hair dryer for use too. Linen and a bath towel provided on all beds, byo beach towels. Less than 10min walk to the surf club. Note there is NO wi-fi here. Note the Lawnmowing company come regularly and might come during your stay. Other things to note Includes: 1 x Queen Bed, 4 x Single Beds,1 X Pull out sofa bed, TV with Freeview, DVD, HDMI cable, Electric Heater, 1 x Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Washing Machine, Dryer, Gas BBQ, Outdoor Furniture, No garage, 3 x Car Parks, 1 x Boat Park, No Tents, Pets on application. No Wheelchair Access sorry. Section is fully fenced but small dogs or dogs that can jump high can easily get out of the front.
