Other rooms include the Grand "Beam Room" complete with suspended bubble chair and spectacular garden vistas and large double doors to let the outside in, our "Green Room" has historic Summit Hill mansion doors and staircase railings salvaged from the infamous "Faust Theatre", lower level theatre room has a 65" Roku TV, cozy blankets and sectional sofa perfect for movie nights. Enjoy the open dining, Living, Kitchen and breakfast or work area with additional private garden views from every window. The funky front seating area is colorful and posh and sits off the main entrance. Upper level bathroom is complete with laundry. Don't miss our bonus 3rd unique shower with open spa feeling. Kitchen is complete with gold silverware, Keurig coffee station with assorted coffees, pots, pans, toaster and all sorts of kitchen gadgets to make a meal on the gas range. There is a full spice cabinet and retro style refrigerator stocked with bubbly water. The outdoor space is what makes this property a hidden gem right in the heart of the city. Mature and unique trees line the property making it feel like you are up North. The main deck offers a unique view of our weeping conifer tree that is a listed St. Paul legacy tree while the upper level balcony is straight out of a fairytale with breathtaking views of the Mississippi River and the property. The Great room opens on to the private backyard with paths and more unique plantings. The modernistic art throughout are all custom made for the space. Other things to note This is truly a one of a kind house exclusive to our guests, we bought the property from the next door neighbor who lived there 45 years!
