Our casitas are all furnished and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay with your family. We also have a roof deck where you can enjoy the city skyline view and have an outdoor dining equipped with a mini kitchen and BBQ grill. Our community strictly observes QUIET HOURS from 10PM to 7AM. 2. Basic necessities can be bought at the Casita Sari Store. 3. Parking Reminders - For our guest with vehicles, there is an overnight/penalty fee of Php300 in the Admin Office as per village rules. (Only if ID is asked to surrender for a temporary gate pass) 4. Additional Fees: - EXTRA GUEST FEE: 500/guest/night staying beyond 10PM. Day guests are allowed until 10PM only and must inform us prior check in. - PET FEE: 400/pet/night (1 small pet only per casita) PET POLICY: a. Pets are allowed given they are included in the reservation and they must be in diapers at all times. (Additional cleaning fee if violated.) b. Pets are not allowed in the bedrooms and sofa beds.
