Fantastic norderdiekhuus - entire house

norderdiekhuus is a light-flooded thatched roof house, directly on the dike and within walking distance to the beach, located on the edge of St. Peter-Ording. Breathe in and take a seat: in the upholstered armchair on the wooden terrace, on the bench in the floor-to-ceiling window, in the armchair by the fireplace or in our outdoor sauna at the edge of the meadow. The space The house has two separate apartments - the east apartment and the west apartment, each facing southeast and southwest. Each apartment has three bedrooms – ideal for up to six people each - as well as its own private terrace area. There is also room for socializing: in the open air at the table on the wind-protected wooden terrace or indoors at the long extendable wooden table. Here you can comfortably eat what was created together in the well-equipped kitchen. If it rains and storms on the coast, you can just let the fire crackle in the fireplace and enjoy your favorite movie thanks to the screen and projector. Guest access Guests have access to the shared outdoor sauna and outdoor berths. There is also a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer for additional comfort, as well as a garden house where bicycles and e-bikes are available, which can be used for exploration tours in the area. Other things to note Sustainability is important to us: The house was completely renovated in 2023, using natural materials that not only look good but are also durable. You can conveniently charge your electric car at the in-house e-charging station; heat and hot water are provided by a combination of solar thermal energy and a heat pump. So you can take a sustainable vacation without sacrificing anything. Please note that the apartment is rented without a classic TV. Instead, there is a projector with a screen. Pets are allowed on request, but pets are not allowed on the sofa or armchair, in the upper living area with the bedrooms and in the sauna area. The norderdiekhuus is a non-smoking house, and a booking for parties or events is not possible
