MCH is a hospitality project of our family who loves to travel, conceiving travel as an experience of knowledge and beauty. We do not only intend to host you but to guide you to discover Cagliari and Southern Sardinia to learn about its traditions, art and food culture. Our 47m2 apartment is located in the picturesque historic district of Marina, where you can breathe in the scent of the sea and good food in the restaurants and admire the works of skilled artisans. The space It is located in a quiet area of ​​the neighborhood, on the second and last floor, without a lift, of a characteristic ancient building. Recently renovated with quality materials, respecting the original architectural and decorative characteristics. In particular, the "cementine" floors with the original decorations were recreated by skilled craftsmen. Cementine are handcrafted artistic tiles, born in Italy at the end of the 19th century, widely used until the 1930s. The apartment is furnished in an elegant and refined way. Beauty is combined with comfort and attention to energy saving. It has solar thermal, thermo-conditioning, fast wifi with smart TV.
