As a private residential building, we offer a serene escape with on-site housekeeping and maintenance available most days. This premier Sint Maarten location places you in the lively Maho area, with pristine beaches, world-class dining, and lively entertainment within easy walking distance—including the stunning Mullet Bay Beach, one of the island's finest. Enjoy unparalleled sunsets from your suite, which is only a 3-5 minute drive from Princess Juliana Airport for convenient arrivals. Thoughtfully appointed with smart locks, a personal safe, and a smart TV, our suite ensures both comfort and security. Guest access As our guest, you will have full, private access to the entire condo unit. In addition to your private space, you are welcome to enjoy the building's unique shared features: Our secret boardwalk providing direct access to Maho’s secluded beach. The rooftop lookout on the 4th floor offers breathtaking panoramic views of the island and the ocean. A private Garden tended to by Kaya, our building concierge. Other things to note * **Housekeeping:** Our on-site housekeeping and maintenance team is available most days to ensure your stay is comfortable and seamless. * **Elevator Access:** The condo is located on the 2nd floor and is accessible by an elevator. In the rare event of elevator maintenance, guests may need to use one flight of stairs to access the unit. * **Optional Add-on: Resort Access:** For an additional $60 per person, per day, you can purchase a day pass to the adjacent Morgan Resort. This pass grants you access to their exclusive amenities, including the pool, jacuzzi, and fitness center. * **Optional Add-on: Flexible Timing:** Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability. The fee is $35 for each request.
