Torcross is a beautiful little coastal village in the South Hams, best known for its unique position between Slapton Ley and the three-mile-long shingle beach overlooking Start Bay. There are two lovely bedrooms, two bathrooms (one of which is an en suite), a nicely kitted-out kitchen, and a spacious top floor living room with a dining area. The space 17 At The Beach is a three-level home. The entrance to the property is at ground floor level (via 8 steps) however there is a lower ground floor. Living Room Located on top floor this spacious room is furnished with two sofas, an armchair, coffee table and bookshelves Flat screen Smart TV with Freeview Dining Area Open plan with the living room on the top floor. Furnished with a table and seating for four Kitchen The kitchen is on the ground floor and has a foldable dining table with chairs. Any additional vehicles left within the At The Beach car park may be subject to a £25 per day parking fine. Please note: Internal redecoration of the building’s communal areas has been scheduled 9th - 23rd March 2026. In addition, the rear courtyard will be resurfaced during this period, which will require one full day of work, weather permitting. Some disruption may be noticeable during these times.
