The house is located on the second floor of a modernly designed residential complex of very recent construction, and can be easily reached by elevator. Fully air-conditioned, it consists of a bright living-dining room, with a sofa bed, overlooking the terrace overlooking the sea and nearby Fertilia and a modern kitchenette with induction fires equipped with every comfort, a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. The highlight of the house, in addition to the characteristic modern and well-kept design, is certainly the terrace equipped for outdoor lunches and dinners, but also, for sunbathing lovers, to enjoy the first rays of the sun during the spring months, being equipped with comfortable deck chairs ideal for relaxing during exposure to the sun. For larger groups or families, additional three-room units as well as two-room apartments are available in the same building, always with a sea view. The property is completed by a parking space and a laundry room located on the ground floor where there are 2 washing machines and a luggage storage room for free use, available to guests throughout their stay, shared with the other apartments. Due to its proximity to the beach of the pine forest of Maria Pia, whose seabed slopes gently, it is a holiday home suitable for families with children and in general for those who do not intend to use the car during the holiday. In the immediate vicinity, immersed in the greenery of the surrounding pine forest, there are tennis and paddle courts, the Maria Pia athletics and football complex and the outdoor municipal swimming pool; all services available for those who, even during the holidays, do not want to give up keeping fit! During the holiday, you can also enjoy evening outings along the promenade that runs along the beach, and that less than a 5-minute drive allows you to reach some of the most popular places in the area, such as the Rafel, the Bahia or the Lido pizzeria, just to name a few. A visit to the historic center of Alghero, unique in Sardinia for its genre and artistic influences, is not to be missed: it is in fact one of the few inhabited centers that has almost completely preserved its walls, whose ramparts are today one of the most beautiful and evocative pedestrian walks, from which to admire fiery sunsets. The historic center is characterized by Catalan-Aragonese architecture rich in picturesque alleys, artisan shops and workshops of Alghero rubrum coral, a native marine species for its color and characteristics, which has given the city the name of "coral riviera". Nearby, certainly not to be missed is the protected marine area of the Porto Conte - Punta Giglio park where you can visit the Capocaccia cliff with a view of the island of Foradada, the caves of Neptune and the crystal clear sea of the beaches that line the entire area, such as the cove of Dragunara, or the beaches of Bombarde, Lazzaretto, Mugoni and Porto Ferro, absolutely unmissable.
