The space The 1 floor apartment's 118 m2 has three lovely bedrooms, two nice bathrooms with a shower and a toilet, a kitchen in combination with a living-dining room. From the living room there is a direct access to the apartment's terrace with garden furniture.  Here you will be in the midst of everything, close to all the activities in Skagen town. Skagen Bakery is located 250 meters from the holiday home, so you have the option of freshly baked rolls and pastry for breakfast every day. Just across from the holiday home you will find the marina with the lovely "Bindesbøll" fishing houses, where Skagens fiskerestaurant (seafood restaurant), restaurant Pakhuset and other smaller restaurants are housed. In the summer there is music on the marina and all the restaurants are open. Enjoy a nice lunch on location or bring fresh fish back to the holiday home and prepare a nice dinner on the terrace.  Skagen's many sights, artisan shops and galleries are located a short distance from the house. Skagen’s Museum, Skagen Bryghus (brewery) and Kulturhus Kappelborg with live concerts and cinema are also just a short walk away. Grenen, where the two oceans kattegat and Skagerak meets, is located 3.5 km from the holiday home. You can drive, walk or bicycle to reach Grenen. It is possible to rent a bicycle at "Cykeludlejning Skagen" just across from the holiday home. It is recommended to bicycle along the bicycling trail to Grenen, you will experience the lovely nature and drive by the white lighthouse, Vippefyret (the bascular lighthouse) and Det Grå Fyr (the grey lighthouse) – center for trækfugle (Centre of migratory Birds). On the northside of the marina you can visit the lovely and popular beach "Sønderstrand" and on the southside of the marina you will find "Damstederne" and the lovely "Kongevilla" as well as Den Tilsandede Kirke (the sanded church).  PETS: Pets not allowed. GOOD TO KNOW: No rentals for youth groups. Tenant must be 25 years of age and present throughout the rental period. Private parking for 1 car. Two bathrooms.
