Cozy house in the heart of a village, dogs allowed

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. It is a village house in the heart of Clermont-en-Genevois in front of its castle. It is well located close to Annecy and the Rhône Valley and Geneva. It is spacious (about 100 m2) and tastefully decorated. It has a living room and pellet stove to warm up on cold winter days. It has 3 bedrooms, one of which is 40 m2 in the attic. Terrace with outdoor seating. The space Kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer. Living room with 4-seat sofa, 140 cm UHD TV, pellet stove. 1st floor: a master bedroom with a king-size bed with large dressing room. One bedroom with 2 twin beds that can be connected to make a king size bed. 2nd floor: attic converted into a very large bedroom with private living room. Small terrace overlooking the street with garden furniture. Possible on request to have a large cellar to store your suitcases, roof box and bike. Heating with a pellet stove. To avoid too much abuse, a 15 kg bag of pellets will be given per night booked. From the house, view of Clermont Castle. Other things to note: Please leave the cottage as you found it on arrival (cleaning to be done). If you don't want to take care of the cleaning at the end of your stay, we can do it for €30 per stay.
