This stylish place to stay is perfect for leisure and business trips, for one or more days, alone or in a group. It has very spacious spaces and amenities (garden, garage, terrace, swimming pool with solarium, gazebo with barbecue, playroom, gym, laundry area, and ironing, among others). The house's modernity and warmth are its strengths. Designed in detail, with excellent quality materials, it takes advantage of natural lighting in all its areas. The space The accommodation is located within a private neighborhood with 24-hour security and its own golf course. If you want to play golf, just contact the host to make arrangements and pay the daily usage fee. The house has two floors. There are two bedrooms upstairs, one with three queen beds and the other with a king bed. Guest access Upstairs: A full bathroom for exclusive use, playroom with 43" TV, board games, and air conditioning. It also has a full gym and a large terrace overlooking the mountains, a golf course, and a superdome. On the ground floor: A full shared bathroom, living room with 75" TV, dining room for 8 people, large kitchen, garage for two cars, barbecue area with large grill and tables for 12 people, pool with waterfall and patio. During your stay I will be living with you in the house during your stay, on the ground floor, in case you need anything do not hesitate to let me know. For renting the entire house, ask the host. Other things to note The stipulated price corresponds to two rooms on the top floor for a total of 5 people with use of all amenities. CONSULT!!! If you wish to rent the entire house, consult with the host to reach an agreement. In addition, a turtle lives in the inner courtyard of the house and a little Shitzu dog.
