Morro Da Urca Apartment

The apartment consists of: -- a bedroom with a magnificent view of Pain de Sucre (wardrobe & double bed) - a bathroom -a small living room with a sofa bed, TV, Wi-Fi, as well as a dining table for 4 people - kitchen (oven, microwave, vegetable garden, fridge and washing machine) - A garage is also available, but only small cars can fit in the garage. Air conditioning is available but you will have to pay per kilowatt used (R$2.50 per kilowatt). Other things to note Additional fees may apply when using air conditioning. The fee will be based on the KWh used, at a rate of R$2.50 per KWH. Animals are not allowed. Animals are prohibited.
