The owner's separate residence is located on the same property but you will have the house to yourself. Situated in a quiet and tranquil location, you will have access to all of the surrounding grounds and lawns. The space The house is a two storey mudrick and timber home. The three bedrooms and a bathroom are on the top floor with all living areas and another bathroom downstairs. The house is a unique construction with lovely mudbrick floors and exposed wooden beams a feature. Very cosy and quiet. There is a huge back terrace with outdoor dining and a fire pit area. The surrounding land consists of gardens and lawns which you are free to explore. We have many animals and birds that can be found both on our property and on the surrounding lands. There is an available games room with a variety of equipment that you are able to use. Guest access Access is to the whole house, which you will have to yourself and all surrounding garden areas. Plus you have access to an external games room and the equipment it contains. Other things to note Please note, as this is a rural property, we have an unfenced dam on an area away from the house, so small children will need to be supervised. If you are bringing pets we do not have a fenced area to keep them contained. We have a resident wombat and many burrows so would not like them disturbed.
