Montefegatesi is the ideal place for anyone who wants to leave the hustle and bustle of everyday life behind and immerse themselves in the decelerated lifestyle of a beautiful mountain village in northern Tuscany. You can't escape the power of the breathtaking mountain landscape and the charm of the country and its people! An ideal place to recharge your batteries and escape the heat of the summer months. The space Situated on the edge of the village, the holiday home, which dates back to 1900, covers around 80 m² over two floors. On the ground floor, you are greeted by an open-plan, modern kitchen/living room of approx. 25 m², which leads into a small lounge. There is a desk and a daybed, which can be used as a sleeping area for a fifth person. There is also a bathroom with shower on the ground floor. On the first floor there are two comfortably furnished bedrooms, a hallway and a spacious bathroom with bathtub and bidet. There are a total of two terraces with table and chairs - one directly in front of the house entrance and one in the spacious garden, which is for the exclusive use of guests. As open fires should be avoided in the area, a high-quality electric barbecue is available. There is a washing machine in the separate cellar, where bicycles or hiking equipment can also be stored. As the house and the adjoining area are not childproof, the minimum age for accompanying children is eight years. Guest access The vacation home has a spacious garden and an inner courtyard, which also provides access to the owner's house. The outside areas of the owner's house do not interfere with those of the vacation home. Privacy is guaranteed. Other things to note Montefegatesi is a village that is over a thousand years old and until a few decades ago only donkeys were used as a means of transportation. Today, only small cars (Smart, Fiat Uno, Piaggio) fit through the narrow streets, and tourists arriving by car have to leave their cars on the outskirts of the village. From there it is about 800 metres to the holiday home. The owner is happy to help with the transportation of luggage in her Smart car.
