Greenways, Vélodyssée, restaurants and bakeries a few meters away, beaches less than an hour away, the Canal de Nantes à Brest nearby, it is the perfect place for your stay with family or friends. The space Four bright bedrooms, one with two sofa beds that can accommodate up to 9 people. Spacious rooms, two with two separate beds that can be combined. Baby cot and baby kit on request. An equipped and separate kitchen with tables and chairs. Separate dining room and living room. Two bathrooms that allow guests to get ready faster! A large south-facing courtyard, not overlooked, fenced and secured by a gate. A large shelter for cars or outdoor dining! Guest access You have access to the entire house booked at the advertised rate. Note that a dozen steps separate the courtyard from the living rooms. A locked room is used for battery recharging, maintenance and bicycle storage. Other things to note Breakfast available upon request. Small pets are not allowed in the bedrooms or living rooms but in a clean and lit room near the boiler. Check-in and check-out times can be reviewed between us. Towels are no longer available for free for a single night booking. (either you bring them or 1 euro/towel)
