Welcome to Cozy Creek! We've been putting in a lot of time into this getaway and now its ready to share! A perfect year-round escape. Enjoy a summer swim in the freshwater pond with a dock, explore scenic 5 acres of private land with hikes and a fire pit.Only 10 minutes from downtown Narrowsburg, offering fantastic dining, coffee, shops, and groceries. Please note WiFi can be spotty due to secluded area one night rentals please message us :) Pets welcome! $100 pet fee The space Step into the stunning A-Frame living space with an open floor plan kitchen and dining area. On the main floor, discover the master bedroom with a King bed and private bathroom, alongside a guest bedroom with a queen bed, adjacent to a hall bathroom. A convenient full washer and dryer are also on this level. Venture upstairs to the loft, a perfect retreat. Enjoy a TV room and a sizable 49-inch curved monitor, ready for docking if you need to work during your stay. The loft also boasts a full Murphy bed for additional functionality. Outside, embrace 5 acres of picturesque old woods, complete with hiking trails, a fire pit, and a swimming pond ready for your enjoyment (Swimming pond is clean, and created for swimming, but you are agreeing that you are under your own supervision and have the correct skills to be safe and are responsible for your own safety just like any pool without a lifeguard) Guest access Full access to the entire cabin and property, private Other things to note A reminder that our home is in nature and we ask you be gentle and thoughtful as you use the space. Utility Outages: As Upstate New York can see its’ fair share of inclement weather and is primarily a tree rich area with overhead power lines, please know we do not assume responsibility for utility outages during your stay. If electric, water or Wi-Fi service is impacted, we know it's such a bummer but we do not refund unless an outage were to persist for longer than 8 hours. We of course would honor a cancellation without any penalty. 💚 Weather: During the winter months, there may be ice, snow, and hazardous conditions. We recommend driving a vehicle with AWD or 4WD.
